Clinical Cases Implant Crowns

Implant crowns are fixed restorations that replace missing teeth or teeth that can no longer be restored.

When correctly planned, implant crowns are attached to the implants, allowing you to reestablish a dentition with aesthetic and functional characteristics similar to natural teeth.

Description

Implant-Crowns are indicated in situations such as:

  • spaces with missing teeth
  • fractured teeth
  • non-restorable teeth

At the António Carracho Institute, the entire process of planning and manufacturing your implant crowns is carried out using the best ceramic materials and the most advanced CAD-CAM technology, which guarantees a perfect fit between the ceramic crown and the dental implant.

We have an exclusive in-house dental laboratory that uses Zirkonzahn® technology and prosthetic components to obtain long-term results for our patients. We guarantee the most rigorous criteria for quality control and technological support.

Every detail and individualization of our patients' ceramic crowns is essential to achieve natural functional and aesthetic results, ensuring your long-term success and easy maintenance.

Step by Step

  1. Digital Scan or Impression: after the healing period, a digital scan or impression of the dental implant is performed. This allows us to start the fabrication of the final crown.
  2. Insertion of the Definitive Crowns: 7 to 10 days later, the final crown is tried-in and connected to the implant.
  3. Follow-up: 1 to 2 weeks later, evaluation and control are carried out.
